 The annual assessment covers each homeowner’s share of the cost of operating the association which includes maintaining the common areas of our neighborhood, including the pool, basketball and tennis courts.

The assessment is an estimate of what will be required to meet the obligations of the association during the next fiscal year, May 1^st, 2024 thru April 30^th, 2025.
