Host a party at the BTMA Pool!

The Burning Tree pool is now available. It is available for birthday parties, private parties, family or high school reunions. 

Pool rules apply for parties and rentals.

The pool is available for rental:
                    Daytime plus Cabana for 2 hours
                    After Hours! 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Deposit: $100 to hold the date

* A twenty-five dollar charge will be applied for every 15 minutes after the 2 hours. *

Price details for Daytime or After Hours rental:

Guests                           Price
 1-25                             $200.00 + Lifeguards
 26-50                           $300.00 + Lifeguards
 Over 50                        Board Approval

After hours lifeguard rate $20/hour. There is a minimum of 2 lifeguards.

Pool Rental Request Rules

The pool is available to rent for birthday parties, private parties, family or high school reunions. The Member/Renter of pool facilities agrees to pay rental fees and lifeguards fees. Guards Fees must be paid in cash before the event begins.
  1. The Burning Tree Pool Member or Renter of the pool and facilities will always be present during the rental period.
  2. The Member/Renter of the pool and facilities will ensure his/her guests will act properly while on Burning Tree Property and that everyone obeys the pool rules and directions of pool personnel.
  3. All damage and losses suffered by Burning Tree will be the responsibility of the Member/Renter.
  4. The Member/Renter is responsible for setup and cleanup of all materials used for their function. Guards are responsible for taking out trash, closing, and locking of facilities.
  5. The facility must be vacated no later than 10:15PM, clean up should begin 30 minutes prior.
  6. No vulgar music may be played, no DJ’s and no sound systems may be brought up to the pool area.
  7. Rates will be negotiated by the manager for parties greater than 50 people.
  8. A signed contract is the only way to confirm your party date. Payment must be received at the time the contract is signed. Payments are non-refundable, party dates may be transferred based upon availability.
